Whats your real age?

Go to this website http://www.realage.com/homepage.aspx and see what your real age is. I did it, and lets just say my real age is older then my actual age :( But I got some good ideas as to what will help decrease my real age. I did the WHOLE thing, so make sure you continue after they give you your first real age. I saw this on a website I like for transplant receipents. It was really cool. I think it was on Oprah as well. Let me know how you did, maybe we can work on getting younger together ( Crystal I am still trying to get Matt to sign me up, he is a procrastinator sometimes). Happy Valentines Day!

How are your valentines day plans going? Matt and I always go out to dinner to celebrate, we don't do the whole gift thing with each other, just dinner. Anyhow, I thought I would take the initative and make reservations at 5th Street Steak House in Chico, we love this place. But they were completely booked. Next choice, Sierra Nevada Brewery, also in Chico. They don't take reservations for less then 8 people......WHAT! So I made a few more calls to some nice places in Nevada City, also completly booked. So we are settling on going to Pasquinis, which is good but we go there often, I wanted to go somewhere that we rarely go.
Well the meaning behind all this complaining is...... Make your reservations early next year and I hope you all were better at planning then us, and enjoy your Valentines Day with your sweety where ever you may go. I know we will. And let me know what you plan on doing I like to hear about fun things to do or places to go. HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!

On the way home from Tahoe Matt & I stopped to hang out with mike and jen and the girls. This house has a REALLY long driveway we used as a sledding strip. It was pure ice so needless to say i thought we were actually practicing for the luge in the upcoming olympics! it was alot of fun. next time I am going to bring better gloves and clothes for this so we can "practice" longer. Matt said he is going to bring his helmet, hahaha! He is always looking out for his knoggen!

Thanks for a great day mike and jen, can't wait for the next time. I really think the yuba city luge (sp?) team is going to make our debut in the olympics this year...LOL ! Watch for us coming soon :)

This was at the show, matt and I , ryan and crystal, and amy and matt were there as well I promise, just didn't get any pictures of us. He defiantly kept us laughing the whole time, cheek hurting, stomach hurting, & crying! I just got 1 picture because after I snapped the above picture I was informed by crystal and jen that NO pictures were allowed! Oh well I still have my camera and I did not get sent to jail... so it was worth the chance ....JK. Thanks for joining us for a fun night out, we must make this a more regular thing.

what can I say..... gorgeous!

Matt and I went to South Lake Tahoe this past weekend. Mainly to just get away and to enjoy the snow and also to see Mr Damon Wayans ( picture to come) at the Mont Bleu, free tickets free room, who could pass that up! It was a beautiful weekend. Could not have asked for a better travel day. We stopped off at a park near the house where Matt used to live to let sadie play and do her business if you know what I mean :) I could not help but to take some pictures of the beautiful lake. We are so lucky to live so close to this great place. We like to go there a lot and enjoy the scenery. Some friends came as well and we met up with them later. There were 10 of all together. It was great fun laughing together.

New Years Eve day Matt and I attempted the bus system to make our way around the city. It was defiantly an interesting day, but we actually made it to all the places we wanted to see so i guess is was successful. We had a lot of laughs this day as well. Thats what memories are made of right? Golden gate park was really beautiful and very relaxing. I think we sat in the japanese tea garden and arboretum for about an hour just soaking up the sun and enjoying the scenery. We had to take a picture of the orange flower above because everyone that walked by would stop and admire it and talk about it for ever. It got to be really funny after a while. we had a very nice day enjoying our last day of 2007. how could i ask for more than a relaxing day in a garden :)

Matt and I celebrated the end of 2007 and the beginning of 2008 in San Fransisco. we had fantastic weather, sunny and in the 50's. We enjoyed the city with Jerry and Barb and went out to dinner at some great restaurants. A place called "First Crush" was our favorite. After dinner we RAN to see a movie ( we went to the wrong theater at first so we didn't have much time). Barb and i were in heals so needless to say our feet were feeling a bit sore! The movie, "Charlie Wilsons War" was defiantly worth the run. I highly recommend it. Our first night in the city was a lot of fun.

The pictures above are at the Palace Legion of Honor fine art gallery. The views outside of the city and the golden gate bridge were breathtaking. It was a perfect day to be there. Inside were many different artists' pieces.

We had lots of fun touring San Fransisco with Matt's parents and lots of laughs. I think we took the shortest cab ride ever that night, only because we had no idea where we were going and decided to have a cab take us there. Only to find out it was only a block away!! LOL. Thanks for such a great weekend in San Fransisco!
